Jobel has always promoted creativity education programs through artistic techniques such as theater, dance, music and visual arts, suitable for schools and businesses.

Creative expression helps develop critical thinking and encourages deep reflection, helping to improve the community in which we live and work.

Bottega: school for Performing Arts

Jobel's training activity, which began in the 1990s, has evolved into workshops and the creation of a “Performing Arts Workshop,” becoming a cultural landmark. Arts training in the Jobel Workshop promotes personal growth through design, creativity, critical thinking and social awareness. From 2023, the training offerings will expand to Rieti with new activities in the Jobel Center Artistic Residence.

Immersive Camps

Jobel Campuses take place in the Jobel Center Art Residence and are designed for total immersion in the natural environment and chosen themes, with the aim of stimulating human, cultural and social growth of the participants. The Campuses develop creativity, teamwork skills, connection with the natural environment, physical and cognitive skills.

Team Building for groups

Team building experiences for corporate groups use creative techniques of drama, dance and music, engaging participants in hands-on activities. These activities stimulate active listening, empathy, communication and problem solving. They can take place in the Jobel Center Arts Residence or in corporate spaces, with one-day or multi-day tracks. Through creative exercises, interaction, collaboration, group cohesion and well-being at work are improved.

Projects with Educational Institutes

Work with primary and secondary schools takes the form of training modules of 10, 20 or 30 hours that use the performing arts to stimulate creativity, critical thinking and personal expression, addressing school topics and subjects. Jobel also works with universities, offering customized pathways that promote the development of soft skills.
